Voice! – Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Voice! mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”) operated by Voice! (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have full power and authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-App notice or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Unlimited Access Plan
- Voice! offers an auto-renewing subscription (“Unlimited Plan”) that unlocks unlimited dictations and premium features.
- The subscription term (e.g., monthly or yearly) and current pricing are displayed in-App before purchase.
- Free Tier
- A limited, no-cost version of the App may be offered. We reserve the right to change free-tier limits at any time.
- Payment & Renewal
- Charges are billed to the payment method linked to your app-store account at purchase confirmation and at each renewal.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing or Canceling
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s account settings. Deleting the App will not cancel your subscription.
- Trials & Introductory Offers
- If we offer free trials or discounted periods, unused portions are forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Trials convert to full-price subscriptions unless canceled.
- Refunds
- All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or the refund policies of the app store through which you purchased.
5. License
